Francisco (Francesc) Figueras Farrès worked on Disney comics for Italy in the 1980's. In the 1990's, he joined the Comicup studios, where he illustrated some 'Ellsworth' ('Génius') gags for the French Journal de Mickey. He also inked the work of Dutch Disney artists Bas and Mau Heymans. He eventually moved on to work in animation.
