Francis Pelletier (Grazo) began working in comics at age 19. Together with writer Salvador Dallaire (Salo) and artist Louis Paradis he founded the fanzine Sextant. For this magazine, he created 'Les Aventures de Rino et Ouistin' with Salo. The fanzine folded in 1988, but the first album of 'Rino et Ouistin' appeared in 1992. In 1998, he cooperated on Dallaire's fanzine Zine Zag, and a second album of 'Rino & Ouistin' appeared in 1999.
