Born in Lille-la-flamande, Arnaud Guillois participated in several comics contests, before he went to study applied arts in Poitiers. He began his professional career as the colorist of Dominique Gelli on 'Fulgurex', and as a commercial artist. He made his debut as a comic artist at Éditions Triskel with the album 'Bleu(s)' in 2001. In 2004, he began the series 'L'Irlandais' at Editions Carabas.
