Brett Koth is a cartoonist from Virginia. He is a graduate of California Institute of the Arts, with a BFA in Character Animation. He has worked for studios including Disney, Marvel and Don Bluth, doing character animation for video games, feature films and television shows. He has also worked extensively in the licensing field for Disney, Warner Bros., Pillsbury, Western Publishing, Pizza Hut, National Geographic Kids and many other companies featuring licensed characters.
US Acres
He has been working with Jim Davis at his Paws Inc studio on the writing and art of the 'Garfield' comic and related licensed products since 1986. He was also co-author with Davis on the 'U.S. Acres' comic strip. Koth has also participated in the creation of the 'Bugs Bunny' strip for the Newspapers Enterprise Association. He created his own comic strip, called 'Diamond Lil', in late 2008. It is syndicated by Creators Syndicate.
