Cynthia Martin, also known as Cindy Martin, is a U.S. comic artist. She began her career in the mid-1980s drawing 'Ms. Victory Special' for AC Comics. She then became known for her run on Marvel's 'Star Wars' title. In the 1990s she also had a memorable run on that company's 'Web of Spider-Man'.

In the early 1990s, she worked on 'Jason Goes To Hell - The Final Friday' for Topps. She also drew for the comic series 'Elvira', based on the campy television horror queen Elvira. She did the coloring on Dark Horse's 'GoGirl!' and drew for DC's 'The Blue Beetle' in 2006. Later on, she focused on illustrating early-reader "graphic biographies" for Capstone Press.
