Jeff Parker began drawing editorial cartoons for Florida Environments news magazine in 1989. He then worked for the Orlando Business Journal and has worked for his local paper, the Florida Today, since 1992. Parker's work is also syndicated to other papers throughout the USA and abroad, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, Time, Newsweek, Le Monde and Courrier International. Besides a cartoonist in his own right, Parker has assisted Denis Lebrun on 'Blondie' between 1996 and 2005, and he works with Mike Peters on 'Mother Goose & Grimm'. He created the syndicated feature about the unemployed 23-year-old 'Dustin' with Steve Kelley in early 2010.
