'Mikkii No Katsuyaku', starring an illegal version of Mickey Mouse.
Shaka Bontaro was a Japanese mangaka. He was present in Nakamura Shoten's 1933 anthology 'Nakumara Manga Library', filled with children's comics. He was notable for his 1934 manga starring 'Mickey Mouse'. The story, called 'Mikkii No Katsuyaku' ('Mickey's Show') was not licensed by Disney, but still stays faithful to its North American example. Although largely forgotten, Bontaro's comics were a huge inspiration to Osamu Tezuka.
