Miguel Quesada Ramos is the son of comic book artist Miguel Quesada Cerdán. Following in his father's footsteps, Quesada Ramos has worked on a variety of titles for European publishers during the 1980s and 1990s. He began his career in 1980 making designs for toy boxes related to the classic characters 'Asterix' and 'Lucky Luke', and drawings for games with Disney characters.
In the period 1983-1985, he worked with Vicente Ramos Fernández on several European comics through the Bardon Press agency. He was subsequently affiliated with Interpubli (1984-1992), through which he worked on several titles for Bastei Verlag in Germany, including 'Spook', 'Gespenster', 'Manos', 'Biggie' and especially 'Conny'.

Quesada was mainly active as an illustrator, graphic designer and 2D animator for the publishing house Edicinco for the rest of the 1990s. He has since worked on several animation projects in various occupations, from character and prop designer to background painter and storyboard artist. He has been associated with companies like Cartoon P, Black Maria Studio ('Aida Degli Alberi'), Filmax ('The Cid. The Legend', 'Gisaku'), Truca Films ('Libelulas'), Excalibur ('H2V', 'Piñatas', 'Manga-Latina') and Somnis Animació SL ('Gigantes de la Paz', 'Juan Pablo II', 'Pedro y el Robot', 'Comandante Fly').
He returned to print in 2007 as the illustrator of the first volume of a book series about the history of Hungary for Susaeta Ediciones Sl. He also made the drawings for the medical guide 'Averroes', published by Medilogic in Madrid in 2011. Additional activities include graphic work for TV advertisements, character designs for video games, and illustrations for textbooks by Editorial Ortells and Magisterio-Casals.
Since 2016, Quesada and writer Jose Ramirez are the new authors of 'El Guerrero del Antifaz', the classic comic book hero, created in 1943 by Manuel Gago.
