José Tortajada Aguilar has drawn Disney comics since 1983. Initially a member of the Recreo Studios in Barcelona, he has drawn both Duck and Mouse for the French publisher Hachette, as well as the Danish publisher Egmont. He eventually drew his stories through the Comicup studios. He is the brother of Maximino Tortajada, also a Disney artist.
