Margarita Querol Manzano is a Spanish artist of Disney comics. She began her career in Disney comics as an inker at the Recreo agency in the early 1980s, doing mainly assignments for the German Ehapa Verlag and the Italian Mondadori. At this agency, she cooperated with Núñez on the inking of pencil work of Miquel Pujol, César Ferioli and Maximino Tortajada Aguilar. She also contributed to French publications like Pif and Astérix.

Querol Manzano left Recreo and joined the Comicup studios in 1984. She started out illustrating stories for the Dutch Donald Duck weekly. Her most notable work are the hundreds of gag strips that have appeared in the magazine's letterbox section since the mid-1990s. She also drew several stories with Daisy Duck and her nieces for the girl's magazine Katrien, while she also did assignments from the Danish and French Disney publishers.

Between 1984 and 1993 Querol Manzano was also affiliated with agencies like Comicon, Tello and Sanchís, doing assignments for Egmont in Denmark and several German publishers. She illustrated several 'Strawberry Shortcake' children's books together with Tino Santanach. In addition, she has worked on the animation project 'Deu Mes Dos' in the early 1990s.
